Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

One night and tax deposit required at the time of booking.  Any changes can be made up to 4pm (EST) 2 days prior to arrival; excluding special events 21 days prior to arrival (See list of special events Click Here).  Otherwise a 1-day room charge will be applied.  An early departure fee of $100 will be charged if guests check out prior to their departure date.  Policies can vary for specials, packages, and prepaid reservations.  Please review the booking description of your reservation.  To cancel or modify your reservation, please call (305) 604-1111 to speak to a reservations agent.  We are not responsible for inclement weather.
